AP Biology Evolution Project

The goal of our project is to explain the concept of evolution accross a group of organisms through the depiction of various dissections, microscrope slides, and through amalgamated research. This project is designed to be a final project for Mr. Stuart's AP Biology class in Montgomery High School. We will be primarily focusing on each of the above groups of organisms through the lens of respiration. As depicted above we have decided to show the evolution in terms of respiration for each of the Phyla spanning from left to right, meaning that the least evolved respiratory systems are part of the Porifera phylum and the most evolved phylum being Choradata. We will explain briefly within each page the relative evolutionary connections to the phyla on this previously aforementioned timeline.
